Notice Regarding Acquisition of OEKO-TEX® STANDARD100

DAIWABO RAYON CO., LTD., having its registered office in Chuo-ku, Osaka, Japan, represented by Kazunari Fukushima, President (hereafter referred to as “our company”), has recently acquired OEKO-TEX® STANDARD100 certification.

OEKO-TEX STANDARD100 is “proof of safe and secure textiles,” a global standard proving that substances harmful to the human body such as specific aromatic amines are not included in textiles and related products. It is a worldwide consistent, independent testing and certification system for textile products that covers raw materials, intermediate products and end products regardless of processing process or accessories.

Products having an OEKO-TEX label guarantee their “safety and security,” which not only shows the products are reliable for customers but also helps smooth business activities among companies inside and outside the country.

Since the viscose rayon products that our company produces for spinning and nonwoven fabrics by dry/wet process are mostly for a use of direct contact with the skin, we have acquired OEKO-TEX STANDARD100. (Please contact us for the details of our products.)
